To create a new profile, enter the following information:

- Email
- Password
After you fill in the required information, your profile will be successfully created.
Click the person icon and select "Login." Below the password field, you will find a "Forgot password?" link.
Enter your email and you will receive instructions to reset your password.

Currently, only the delivery address can be updated. If you wish to change other information, please contact us.
At the bottom of every email sent by us, you will find an "Unsubscribe" button. Click it to cancel your subscription.

You will receive an email notification after every change in the order status.

If you encounter difficulty with the payment, first check whether all card details are entered correctly and whether your card is active for online payments. Sometimes the bank may block the transaction for security reasons - we recommend contacting them for confirmation.

The discount is automatically applied in the cart after entering a valid code. The final amount is visible before confirming the order.

For the territory of Bulgaria, delivery for you is completely free – regardless of the chosen method. All delivery costs are on us, so you receive your products quickly, conveniently, and without additional fees or difficulties.

Yes – you have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt if:
- it is in its original packaging;
- it has not been used and shows no signs of being opened;
- the protective film has not been removed;
- the invoice or receipt is attached.

Yes – you can choose a replacement with another product or a refund.
Yes – we refund the value of the product, excluding the shipping cost (if any).
- For card payments: we refund to the same card.
- For cash on delivery: the amount is returned via bank transfer.
The refund period is up to 14 days after receiving the notification.
After we receive the returned product and conduct an inspection, we will send you a confirmation by email. It will indicate whether the return is approved and what follows – replacement or refund.

The composition of each product in the KRILIXIR series is listed in the product description on our website and on the label itself. The dosage relative to the daily dose can be found in the photo section, as well as on the box and on the second layer of the label on the physical product.
Fish oil contains only Omega-3 fatty acids.
Krill oil contains not only Omega-3 fatty acids but also antioxidants, choline, and phospholipids.
Thanks to its phospholipid form, krill oil also helps all added ingredients in the products to be better absorbed by the body.
The antioxidants in krill oil give it a reddish color and protect it from oxidation.
Besides all this, krill oil does not leave a fishy aftertaste, unlike fish oil.
KRILIXIR products do not use fish oil. They contain only krill oil, sourced from the Norwegian company Aker BioMarine and provided under their brand Superba Krill™. KRILIXIR is the only brand in Bulgaria with the official right to encapsulate this oil.
Krilixir krill oil is intended for adults but does not pose a risk to children, as long as they can comfortably take capsules. However, we recommend prior consultation with a personal doctor or pediatrician.

Krill oil and its derivative complexes (Fit, Shield, Vision, Cardio, Hepalife, Boost) should be taken during or after meals. It is recommended not to take them on an empty stomach, as this may cause pain.
It is possible to take two or more Krilixir products simultaneously, provided that the total daily dose of the products does not exceed 4 grams of lipid extract from Antarctic krill Superba Krill™.
Please note that each organism absorbs substances differently, so the daily dose can be subjective and may vary.
